The GNSS-Based Passive Radar prototype developed by the NavSAS group in the frame of the SMAT-F2 project is ready again to fly on-board an UAV.
Born as an instrument to classify the water content feature of lands, it will be carried by a drone of the Department of Environment, Land and Infrastructure Engineering of Politecnico di Torino to demonstrate the possibility of detect the presence of water in case of floods.
Today and tomorrow it is on display at Dronitaly in Milan, Italy, at the Politecnico di Torino booth.
